things I should remember…
In case some day in my old age I somehow forget the cuteness that is Pre-K soccer.
Here are few gentle reminders that should bring a smile to my wrinkled face…
1. The way you adore your friend “Maphew” and try to do everything just.like.him.
2. How authentic your coach’s British accent was. Apparently, he’s the real deal.
3. The way you hid your hands in your sleeves so you would “remember not to use them!”
4. The way you took 132 water breaks but didn’t grab yourself even once during the entire practice. {you wouldn’t have been the only one}
5. How fast you could run. And how many times you told me how fast you could run. And how many times you told the kids how fast you could run. And how many times you told the coach how fast you could run. And…
6. How BIG you could smile {I think you like soccer}.
7. How you kept stopping to talk to the coach. And how you didn’t quite get the “I’m chasing you” game…the coach ran towards you yelling “Run away…I’m chasing you!!” to which you replied…”NO I am CHASING YOU!” Way to mix things up there, buddy and keep that coach on his toes!
It’s just 4 Saturdays in September. A couple of early mornings on the soccer field to get his feet wet. But I think it is safe to say that Super Sam likes soccer. Let’s hope soccer likes Super Sam.
On a side note: Sorry for the unintentional blogging break! Apparently, if you fail to renew your domain yearly…your hosting company will not keep your blog up and running out of the goodness of their generous hearts. Ooops!
takes me back Jenn
super Sam is a hoot

about the fun times with

Awwww…we have two boys in soccer this year. I am the mommy who sits in every practice and game with a goofy smile on my face:)
so so funny
Cute pictures! My 3 1/2 year old starts in a couple weeks too. Hopefully he’ll fall into his 11 yr old sister’s footsteps and love the game too. She started at age 4.
hahaha my favorite is the “no I’m chasing YOU” scenario! I can just picture that – so funny!! What a cutie!!!!
Love him..he’s too sinkin cute! Matthew and him might get into some trouble when they get older:)
