NOVEMBER GIVEAWAY
The leaves have turned and are busy falling and swirling in our neck of the woods. Ok. There’s no woods here (but our new back yard is wooded!) Two more weeks until the packers arrive to cram everything we own onto a semi truck. Over the hills and through the corn fields to Mimi’s house we go. So in light of our current general craziness in the month of November…let’s do this quick!

So many things… but on the top of the list: Our 6 year adoption journey being over and our precious son being in our home!
I am doing a daily “What I am thankful for” on my facebook status. My list is loooooooooong too. Today I put how thankful I am for my mother. She and I have a great relationship. I was placed into my family when I was 2 days old, and I think I have to be the luckiest adoptee ever (except Danny!). I can’t imagine a better mom. But I am also thankful for friends and family (and some that qualify as both)! I am a blessed woman.
I am most thankful today for a 2 year old who is behaving!!! We had a rough day yesterday!

but please know that I do faithfully follow your blog and pray for your dear family. The thing I am most thankful for today is that the Lord’s mercies are new each day. Yesterday seemed so overwhelming but I can feel the Lord covering me with His new mercies today. And for that, I am so thankful!
right now, I am thankful that my struggles with A’s school are over! thankful that we have the option of an independent study program with an optional classroom day. Thankful that my husband and I are on the same page, a team, and that I don’t have to do “this” on my own…
I’m thankful that God’s hand has been so tightly wrapped around me this last year because I would have been lost without it… and I’m thankful a friend directed me to your giveaway because I’m in love with the items

I am so thankful for my 3 kids. They keep me so busy, but I am so grateful for every second I get to spend with them
I’m most thankful for my daughters, one who’s home with us already and one who should be home with us in a few weeks from India! Adoption has blessed our lives so much, I can’t imagine where we’d be without it!!!
I could go on and on, but at this very moment I am extremely thankful my mom is coming to visit this weekend–it’s my birthday (and a “big” one) AND my 3 month old is in the middle of a brutal growth spurt. When G-Ma comes, my oldest will have extra attention to make up for the past few days!

Such adorably sweet stuff!! Well it sure is hard to narrow down my thankful list, but I’ll say my husband. We celebrate our first anniversary on the 20th and even though he’s not always the most romantic, I am thankful for what he does do, even those seemingly “little things” (dishes, mopping the kitchen floor, washing the cars, working hard and going to school). We have a blended family, bringing in one child a piece and I’m due with our first child together in early December. I know he’s a wonderful daddy and I’m thankful for that
I’m grateful for relaxing Sundays and to be able to listen to my kids and their Daddy play. But thst is just right now at this very moment. I am obsessed with those owl dishes! I really hope I win

Today I am thankful for our insurance. I may sound odd, but being a parent of a special needs kids , means lots of therapy appointments. I am grateful they are “covered”.

I’m thankful for my husband. He is such a great man, he loves us, works so hard to provide for us but most of all he loves God. I was in my room tonight puttering and just listening to him as he was putting the littles to bed. He was sharing a bible story with Liya and their discussion after was priceless. *my son Kaiden – who at 2½ brings and insane amount of spunk, laughter, and craziness to our family, and makes it complete!
