Prayers!!
I don’t often post on Friday evenings…but I have a special request.
This sweet, beautiful gal is my niece. She graduated from high school in May and is heading off to college in just a week or two. But right now she is laying in the ICU with a ventilator and feeding tube after a horrible allergic reaction that has left her face swollen to twice its original size…eyes sealed shut. What started out as a sore eye a few days ago quickly spiraled out of control and she ended up in the ER facing some pretty scary procedures.

She is stable and the swelling has stopped. Now she needs prayers for healing! Will you please pray for her throughout the weekend? Pray that the swelling will subside so that the breathing tubes can come out. Pray that she will have restful sleep (she is sedated right now) and that the doctors will be able to determine the cause of this reaction!
Pray too for my sister and her family as they shuffle busy schedules to be with her throughout the day at the hospital!! We love you A and are praying that God is comforting you throughout this entire ordeal!
{also…if you wouldn’t mind leaving her a note of encouragement here…I think she would enjoy reading them once she is feeling better!}
How sad! Prayers being sent from MN! Hang in there, I’m hoping and praying you will recover quickly! ((HUGS))
Hi Miss A, I have been praying for you since I first read the post your mom had on FB. Praying you will heal quickly and be able to head off to school in a few weeks. You have been sedated for a few days but we are trusting the Lord that he will give the docs wisdom and that you will be up and at um soon. Love and prayers are with you and your family as I write this. Blessings, Ta Phillips
Consider it done…
Jen, your niece will be in our thoughts and prayers!

Praying!
Have been thinking about you and praying for you these past few days. Seems like just yesterday you were a little gal playing in my living room with Leah and Kali and being silly just like you three always were! You have grown into a beautiful young lady and I know that God has a very special plan for your life. We are praying for your complete recovery and for God’s special touch on your life right now. Love you so much!
I am so sorry your beautiful niece is suffering through this!! Prayers for your precious niece and family. May the doctors find the answers she needs for a full recovery.
Many prayers for healing and comfort for your sweet niece! I pray the doctors are able to determine a cause to prevent this from happening again. Thinking of you all!
He sent His Word and healed you, precious A. Prayers from Australia because the Master loves you.

I will pray hard! I just know that the doctors will get this figured out!
Sending healing thoughts your way. Get well soon, there’s fun to be had!
What a beautiful young woman. We are sending prayers her way and keeping her in our thoughts. The power of prayer…as we learned this past week…..is truly amazing.
I found your blog through your sister, Kristen F. I’ve been praying for Alexis and your entire family. Alexis, I can’t imagine what it’s like to go through this, but I’ve always thought that God has a reason for everything (though we may not understand it.) I certainly don’t understand why he would choose for this to happen to you, but I know you will be a stronger person for it. I pray for you to heal quickly, and I know that your first year at college will be full of wonderful experiences. God bless you.
Best,
Jenn
