while you were sleeping

Dear Daniel,

While you were sleeping yesterday in the Moby, I was quite productive.

I ate lunch (sorry about the chips and salsa crumbs in your cute curls)

I loaded the washing machine and dryer

I re-arranged the furniture in the family room

I tucked Sam into bed and sang him some songs

I read to J and got her settled in her room for rest time

I read some emails and checked out Facebook

I snuggled you and prayed a prayer of thankgiving that you were here with me

{Sorry it has taken me a few days to figure out you don’t love your crib. We’ll nap again like this tomorrow!}
