cause I know her Mama can’t wait {Kansas City Childrens Photographer}
I met this fun family on their way through Kansas City awhile ago. I knew we would have a FUN session when her Mom and Aunt pulled out an entire SUITCASE packed full of clothing options. Talk about coming prepared. It was smack dab in the middle of the afternoon and we were faced with bright sunshine so we headed back to a secluded spot…me carrying the chairs, Mom lugging that big suitcase, and little cutie patootie trailing along behind! We were QUITE the site!
This was literally one of the first shots out of my camera. Talk about a little girl who likes to pose

If you’ve followed the blog for long you’ll know I have a pension for aerial shots. I don’t know what it is I love SO MUCH about them…except that I LOVE EYES!! They tell so much about a child’s personality. And this one has PERSONALITY! Can you tell?
A *few* outfit changes complete with matching hair goodies and shoes, fur vests, tights, and a complete hair re-do (did I mention this little gal was such a breeze?)….we got this fun shot! LOVE those ears
Of course Charlotte didn’t want to miss out on the play date either. And of course they had an outfit picked out to match her too
This last image is hands down my FAVORITE IMAGE from the session! It just feels magical to me…I LOVE her expression of GLEE, her handmade costume, and the gorgeous light coming in from the trees. Every child should have an image from their childhood that captures THEM being THEM…and I think this does. I hope Mom agrees!

As always, absolutely GORGOEUS! The aerial shot is so lovely, but “Charlotte” looked so perfect with that polka dot sweater & hat. And the ladybug says all you need to know about this sweet little girl. J, You’re a superstar!

You completely captured our little dolly perfectly! These few pictures brought tears to my eyes and there are not very many people who can do that with their photography! Kayin had a great time and still talks about “Charlotte” and “throwing leaves with Jennifer”!!!
